We have a fabulous opportunity for a Customer Engagement Specialist / Key Account Specialist to join us, with ownership for delivering an exemplary customer experience for our clients.

We are dedicated to our employees achieving their career dreams and will provide you with extensive on the job technical training along with competency and behavioural learning. You do not need to have prior industry experience though any that you do have would of course be advantageous.

The role of a Key Account Manager is vital to our business success. Being the first point of contact for our Corporate Clients, you will have ownership for key activities such as the effective flow of all communication types between our delivery team and our Clients. You will be the catalyst to ensure positive relationships are consistently achieved and the expert and owner of client requests, queries and feedback, escalating to your Line Manager where necessary, when you have a hint that a client may be less engaged.

Being such an intrinsic role to the success of our business and extremely demanding, particularly during “grass growing season”, to ensure your success, we know that you will need to have robust maths and English competence, feel at ease working on pivot tables, conditional formatting, sorting and filtering, and V Look ups. You will have an innate understanding of and deliver effective written and verbal communication, be pernickety about attention to detail, accuracy and quality whilst achieving extremely tight deadlines and above all will have an absolute passion for building such robust relationships with your clients that they cannot imagine life without you.
