The role of a Business Development Manager is vital to our business success. Being the hunter of new clients for our operating divisions, we know that you will need to have an absolute passion for “winning” and financial goal achievement. You will be a natural extravert that enjoys networking and developing long term meaningful relationships. Autonomy and being a self-starter will be extremely important to you; though you will value recognition for personal success.

You will instinctively know when to utilise the expertise around you to close and mobilise a win and will have confidence in your peers’ ability to nurture the client, enabling you to move onto the next win.

You do not need to have prior grounds maintenance experience. An extensive knowledge of our customer market sectors and associated contacts and networks will be advantageous.
